Semi-Automated Shuttle Racking

Bonson Packaging

Semi-automate pallet shuttle system installed into a commercial freezer and running at negative 18 degrees Celsius. The system achieves an 80% storage utlisation.

In line with their focus on sustainability, the goal for Charles Parsons was to reuse their existing racking wherever possible. Elite Racking designed and delivered a custom solution that seamlessly blended the old with the new, creating a safe, efficient, and cost-effective storage system.

Nutrimetics

Elite Racking changed 70% of Bonson's warehouse from selective (single deep) racking to double deep racking and doubled the floor utilisation. The whole project was carried out while Bonson remained open and fully operational.
