  • Yes. We isolate zones with barriers and traffic management, or work after-hours/weekends. If speed matters most, we can plan a full closure and outline trade-offs.

  • Small warehouses: 1–2 days. Larger DCs: several weeks. We confirm durations after staging is agreed and your blackout dates are modelled.

  • A level concrete slab with sufficient thickness and strength for point loads—typically 125–150 mm and 30+ MPa. We verify on site and can arrange floor capacity checks.

  • In most cases, yes under the NZ Building Act. We manage the consent process and provide PS1 (Design) and PS4 (Construction Review) as required, plus RAMS, seismic/floor checks, and load signage.

  • Yes. Where required we issue PS4 to confirm the install matches the PS1 design, and supply a closeout pack with load signage, RAMS, seismic/floor checks, and as-builts.

  • Yes. We dismantle, transport, and reinstall to current NZ standards, with re-certification and updated load signage.
