TSS Sensitive Freight

Elite Racking transformed TSS Sensitive Freight warehouse with a custom narrow aisle pallet racking system. Our turnkey solution included design, supply, delivery, and installation, maximizing storage capacity while ensuring safety and compliance.

Semi-Automated Shuttle Racking

Semi-automate pallet shuttle system installed into a commercial freezer and running at negative 18 degrees Celsius. The system achieves an 80% storage utlisation.

  • Often yes. We can phase works or install after hours. If full closure is faster/safer, we’ll plan to your peak periods.

  • In most cases, yes under the NZ Building Act. Some exemptions apply—talk to us and we’ll guide your consent pathway and PS1/PS4.

  • Standard components are often in stock. Large or custom systems typically run on 8–12 week lead times.

  • Pallet sizes/weights, SKU mix, forklift specs, aisle constraints, peak throughput, and any future capacity targets.

  • Do weekly internal walk-throughs. Arrange an annual audit by a qualified independent professional to meet AS/NZS 4084 guidance.

  • We confirm slab thickness and strength (often 125–150+ mm, ~30+ MPa typical) and verify fixings for seismic performance.
